Slow Colonization with psilocybe cubensis "alacabenzi"

I'm a beginner with growing mushrooms, and I recently prepared 4 1/2 pint jars. I chose to try out the "alacabenzi" strain. I did everything to a "T", and followed the pf-tek instructions; however, I'm noticing the colonization of the jars is taking a very long time, it's been 16 days. Maybe I'm just being impatient. Also, the jars look very wet, is that normal? I thought I put the perfect amount of water in the substrate. I've been keeping the temperature above 21 degrees Celsius, although the temperature does fluctuate at night when my house gets a little colder, but I don't believe it goes below 21 degrees. One of the jars in particular is hardly colonized at all, just 2 small spots, you can see the one jar in the pictures below, I only took a picture of one of the 2 small spots. No contamination is happening as far as I can tell which is good. Any suggestions or ideas as to why it might be colonizing so slowly? Maybe I got a bad sample. Thanks for any and all help!

My brf jars took a month to colonize in 70F. Your jars look good so far dude. You got a few more weeks and you can birth them.

Patients is key in this hobby especially with brf as they take their time.. Soon enough you'll be fruiting these. The excitement of seeing your first fruits is priceless.. I can still remember the day 20 some years ago..
