One more question: inoculation and polyfill

My foaf's intention is to inoculate pint jars with spore solution using polyfill filters. Now, I'm seeing a lot of disagreement in the teks as to how to go about this - some say use a separate syringe hole, others say to poke through the polyfill itself. I'd like to keep this as sterile as possible because I haven't got a lot of spores left.

Also... how much spore solution do you give a pint jar of WBS?

i use separate holes, but i don't think it matters that much. Use about 3 cc's.
