if the only reason for opposing transgender access to washrooms is because you find them repulsive, what about people who would find the notion of sharing a washroom with a gay person to be repulsive--should we listen to them too and enforce a 'straight' only washroom rule?


It's not merely "finding them to be repulsive".  Sharing the bathroom with someone that has a penis makes me extremely uncomfortable.

I thought this was a joke too. These people are embarrassing themselves. Being transexual has a range. Some people it causes nomproblems with, and they choose tompersue or not peruse transitioning, based on what we can do now

I'm more worried about the hormones and the fact that many doctors don't mention the huge cancer risk of taking estrogen. I really don't think such things should be an option untill they are safer, because right not it is taking advantage of the mentally ill

Think of if there was only one way for you to fuck, and you had to get a terrible surgery and hormones. I imagine the force must be similar to the need for sexual gratification in there severity. Things like this can be compelling

It is a modern disorder though, and pretty delusional. It's like me 'identifying' as black, sort of, and receiving terrible traumatic feelings over not being so

I dont think most people talk about what kind of prejudices they have when they go to the bathroom.

Also, with trannies, it's not just the genital/s that give them away.  Especially with male-to-female trannies, most of them are easy to spot.  You can tell they are a dude just by looking at their face, the size, shape and proportion of their body parts, the presence of adam's apple, or maybe light but still present stubble on their faces.

The world doesn't cater to your comfort.
You shouldn't use the female bathroom as a transexual though, or the opposite, if you are one of the rare female to male ones. I don't know why you would become a male, as socially, women are given a huge amount of space, where as men will be chastised far quicker

I actually have a funny story about that.  Lexington KY about 40 years ago.  Johnny Angels.  Downstairs gay bar upstairs music venue.  Lou Miami and the Cosmetics were playing.  In walks a gorgeous woman in a skimpy red dress.  But as she went past we all noticed there was something not quite female.  The shoulders were much wider than the hips.  Well my future ex-wife's ex-boyfriend came later and didn't notice.  After he took her home he went for the big grab and found more than he bargained for.  Luckily for her he was not the violent time.  But that has more to do with fraud than anything else.  But some guys are into it.  Note the plethora of chicks with dicks porn.  Somebody is watching it

You are being unreasonable.  It is very understandable when women do not want to share the bathroom with someone that has a dick.  It doesn't make them "princesses", as you seem to imply.  These women have a legitimate concern.

if you are uncomfortable sharing public spaces with certain people, and these people do not pose an actual risk to public saftety (in other words, being uncomfortable around rapists is a rational response; being uncomfortable around transgender people is not a rational response), than you should refrain from using these public spaces--not attempt to remove their right of public access


i'm saddened WAN, at the beginning i thought you were authentically interested in having a dialogue--i now see you have no desire beyond continuing to cling to your illformed prejudices

Well that's good.  I am just under the impression that "mental retardation" seems to denote some type of developmental abnormality, maybe one that you would see in children, who are still growing and developing.  Whereas "stupidity" seems to denote a grown-person who doesn't have other mental debilities but who is otherwise "slow".  Its like I said many posts ago, I DONT know the difference.  I only answered because you kept asking.

its kind of funny people that are against sharing the bathroom, didn't care about sharing marriage.  i guess people only care when it affects them?  In otherwords they didn't care about marriage because they weren't that religious about it.  But they are religious about their bathroom time.  people lack perspective.

the last 200 years we all managed to get along just fine, but all a sudden in this PC world things are falling apart, why?  Because people want to be special snowflakes about it.  The media, social media, all of it, has turned into the 'girls club' where drama is stirred up, perhaps thats where the people of old had it right.  society can't function if its being ran by hormones and thats where all this PC shit is coming from, women and men who drank to much water with estrogen drugs laced in it.  Sure guys have clarity issues with hormones in the way as well, however its revolved around dominance and getting laid both of which helps lead a country in the proper direction, towards a climax, rather than lots of foreplay followed by dissatisfaction and regret.  Its almost like women treat conversations like sex, every time your just about to get your point made the conversation gets side swipped by more foreplay, delaying the climax (debate) from happening/ending.

so where was i going with all this?  oh right, we need to bring back slapping a bitch, equality and all that jazz.

oh wait where am i, oh right the bathroom thread, ok ok so how does that apply.......um...........right ok so if someone uses the wrong bathroom slap a bitch?  yah that makes sense lets run with that

If my "discomfort" is not a reason, then it should be ok to force all women to use the bathroom as men, their discomfort be damned.

I am sorry I am not sure what you were trying to say.  Are you saying that when all women (except me) feel uncomfortable, it's legitimate but when *I* feel uncomfortable, you don't care?

Your discomfort isn't a reason for anything, legally. I'm uncomfortable having anyone in a bathroom with me, but deal with it when I have to. There are legitimate reasons for the bathrooms to be separated.
