hope you enjoy

as i'm sittin here
listenin to the crickets chirp
scratchin my head
and thinkin of birds
i stop
myself
and wonder why
no matter
how much i smoke
can't make me
fly
wouldn't it be nice
to fly a bike
and touch the sky
or ride a kite
into the moon
i wish
i could get there
through a door
in my room
but now
as i sit on my bed
and turn out my
light....
i regret to inform you
that i'm now saying
goodnight
