My bicep fucking kills

So I stopped working out for a couple months because the gym sucks. So I went back on monday and did my normal workout and felt fine after. Now on wednesday my left bicep fuckin kills, like I cant even straighten my arm out without serious pain. And it felt fine yesterday too

If I tore something, would I be in more pain? idk this sucks

Rest it for a week and see how it goes. Try some light stretching on it twice a day, but don't overdo it or over aggravate it.

I need to be hypnotized into liking the gym. Its the only possible way I'll ever like it

But ok. I've never tore anything so idk exactly what it feels like

It will probably hurt the worst on the 3rd or 4th day. Give it a week, and ice it if you want. Try some ibuprofen to reduce to swelling and take away some pain.
