 Spore Print - Somebody help an idiot Please.

I've had my second attempt at printing and still no luck. I wait for the veil to seperate and the cap to flatten a little. Then I place the cap on sterile tin foil which in turn is placed on a clean dish towel. I then place a glass on top. My first prints failed due to high humidity (I could see big droplets on the glass) This time I allowed the glass to overlap the towel and the foil so as to allow for some escape. 3 days and still no luck, one of the caps had already started to drop spore prior to going under the glass. Someone please point out the obvious mistake I'm making. Thanks.

Mushrooms LOVE to sporolate, so just keep trying, cauise I find it hard to belive you cant "milk" some spores.
Wait till the cap gets nice and flat(is what I do) then just throw it on tin foil and throw a glass overtop, its that simple.
YOU WANT THE CAP TO BE MOIST, this is GOOD, not bad, cause once the caps get crispy I find they sure dont seem to want to give up their spores, as they are ... dead.(but the shroomy soul lives on    )
If you HAVE TO, drop some water on the cap to keep it moist, although I never had to myself, but I live where its wet so even the air is full of water.

I've heard some folks say they've had a hard time with some strains and even individual fruits to drop spores. Keep trying, you'll get there.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I will definately keep trying as I've only got 1 and a half syringes left. (which is plenty I know) I'm going to do some expirementing with air humidity. I've read a report from Shirley Knott that if humidity is too high spores can stick to the gills and not dnop. So I'll do some testing and let you guys know.

water on the back of the cap HELPS, it doesnt hinder.
Shirley is 10 times the grower I am,but I am SURE that keeping the cap wet HELPS, this is something simple that mushroom picking books touch on , when the topic is prints.

YES, maybe, but the back of the cap SHOULD be kept moist, a dry cap will give you nothing.

woke up to the same damn prob
strain is malabar
dont think they are supposed to be heavy spore prducers.
i think i remember reading that on sporeworks before they changed all of their info about the different strains or did i make that up in my head?

Wait until you see the first spores dropping(on the stalk or veil of the mushrooms), and a few hours more.

I remember reading that about Malabars too. I've had no problem printing them, however.

I'll try the water on the back and see how it goes. I just love how everyone gets together to help and support. The government must be right to make it illegal, I mean you really wouldn't want everyone getting along now would you.

People that get along form partnerships, maybe Unions, maybe they also start to question just who rules them 
So yes governmnet DOES hate that,the ideal citizen is a "atom of consumption" and doesnt care or participate in politics , the Trilateral Commision from 1969 for example , if anyone......cares talked about controling the masses etc and how it better to have sheep ruled by elites etc,
(but this is really something for the P,A,L forum, but I had to say what I did in response.

they were allowed to print for another 24 hours and finaly droped some spores not extremely dark but it will do

Did you keep the cap moist , or did it stay nice and moist on its own???

It Stayed moist on it's own. If I cover the print area completely with the glass I get big droplets of water on everything, the glass the top of cap, even the foil. I live in an extremely humid area.
