If you think about it, unisex or Co ed bathrooms make sense, especially for parents who have opposite sex children. I never understood why so many people freak out about a 3 year old boy being in the women's room.

Idk convenient if you need to chew on them for your nightly blood rituals.

But I hear most women actually eat theirs so the box is always empty to fool men. No guy is gonna open that thing

so it's liberals stifling free speech by imposing huge fines

we both know we hold fundamentally contradictory views here

you believe freedom of speech is inviolable
i believe freedom of speech must not be allowed to undermine other rights and freedoms, like (at least in canada) the principles of equality and multiculturalism

lets just leave it at that

would calling someone by a term they disapprove of somehow infringe upon the rights of another?

if so, which right are they unable to to use due to this 'name calling'?

in and of itself, no, i don't think so

but, "name calling" (as you put it) can be part and parcel to discrimination and harassment, which do infringe on the rights of others

of course i don't agree with fining people i disagree with

But saying "offensive" words to someone could warrant a fine?

yes, if those words were used to wilfully and maliciously discriminate and harass another individual or group--but, simply being offensive, in my opinion, shouldn't (and i don't believe it does) constitute a crime, nor does it deserve a fine

I used to take my daughter into the mens room, many places have what's called a
'family bathroom' for just such occasions

so you're all for infringing on my rights to discriminate against anyone I please,
if I choose to hate hippies, should that not be my right, shouldnt it be my right
to hate blacks?, shouldnt I have the right to be xenophobic, homophobic or
transphobic? shouldnt I also have the right to express my views

how does me referring to a homosexual as a faggot infringe on their rights?

what rights are infringed on when someone is discriminated against?

Hurting feelings shouldn't be a crime.

There would've been a raid on the romper room a long time ago

I didn't read all the pages of back-and-forth but
The OP's quote conflates sex and gender and the laws and is nullified.

I was called a Polack throughout grade school, tough shit for me.

Those people where entitled to speak their minds, I punched one in the nose and he never did it again.

People are too fucking sensitive today, that's why we have a bunch of pussies walking around crying about every little aspect of their hurt feelings.

Do you know what happens when people insult others for no good reason?  They look like assholes to other people, let nature take its course without the PC police coming into the scene.

that's what I like about georgia, our state constitution says we're entitled to
free speech but we have to bear the consequences for that free speech

I don't know if it's just me, but the Atlanta, GA airport employees were rude as fuck to me for no apparent reason. Maybe it was just a bad day they were having.

No. I look like a male now and have had gender dysphoria starting in childhood though. I looked like a "normal" person when I was in the Atlanta, GA airport.

GID is classified as a medical disorder by the ICD-10 CM and DSM-5 (called gender dysphoria).
