I think it should be up to the owners of properties to decide.  If a store is ok with shared washrooms then so be it.  If you don't like it shop somewhere else or use a different washroom facility.

Seems like a bigoted law with no way of enforcement. We should stop passing pointless laws that don't do anything but make the politicians look good to their base.

Your hatred is also a mental illness. I was watching a doc the other day on nazis and I realized they all had major mental health issues. It's not sane to hate people based on race or sexual orientation.
