What should Cujo do with his Jars?

Cujo is a budding mycologist, and right now he has a creeper project in the works:
1)a 1 1/2 pint cake casing w 100% coir in the fruiting stage (fruited two days ago after a ten hour cold shock)
2) 1 cake that was dunked and rolled in verm (fruited yesterday after 24 hrs of dunking)
3) 1 4 cake verm/coir (50/50) casing incubating- casing was made yesterday
4) 3 fully colonized jars and 3 jars not fully colonized.
His questions are
a. What should he do w the 3 fully colonized jars- fruit them as cakes, or casings? If casing what ratio of verm/coir?
b. how long before pins on the 1 cake casing? He thinks he see knots...
c. What is a realistic yield from a one cake casing on 100% coir?
Any answers or opinions you could give would be great...

I would take those cakes and spawn to some bulk.

I agree with fee. If you've made it this far, it wouldn't hurt to try a bulk grow. I would recommend straw for your first time. You'll be really proud when it fruits. A mushroom canopy is quite a spectacular sight. If you see hyphal knots then you can expect to see pins very soon. Maybe 2-4 days. Speculating can be unforgiving since mother nature is so unpredictable. Just be sure to not let the casing dry out. I can't tell you what kind of yield to expect from a one cake casing as I've never done one, but it really depends on how even the pinset is and how healthy the casing layer is.
