his one liners are so good. one of my favourites is the bit where he talks about smokey the bear and a frog. and his like ' i will never say " oh look, here comes that frog " in a threatening manner. It's always optimistic, maybe he will settle near me, and i can pet him '

Yea mich hedburgs subject matter is for drunks, Steven Wright's material is for intellectuals with a mind for philosophy - i,e,. trippers.

I really do not think mitch hedberg is a rip off of of wright after listening to a couple hours of listening to s wright. imo, they have differences in delivery, and story structure in alot of their jokes. It reminds me of a 'genre' of music. It might be classified as rock, but then there are sub-genres of rock. and they are each a sub-genre
