Wow, those are huge!
My bridgesii were started in December of 2014 and aren't anywhere close to that! So cool!
Heres a picture of them.

Also, this appeared on one of my pachanoi seedlings. It looks like it has another growing on it, only it's darker. What is this?

Finally found a genuine T. terscheckii at a local nursery.  Super stoked on this find.  When I got it home I noticed some yellow spots, maybe it's variegated?

Nice find
I suspect more likely a touch of sun burn than variegation, time will tell.

To avoid making a new thread I will just ask this here.

I tried grafting 3 big trich cuts recently, 2/3 were outside in a greenhouse and started molding. I already re cut them being more careful to sterilize the blade.

Anyways I was just checking the other one out, which I have not checked for mold yet, and when I gave it a slight wobble to check its placement it seemed pretty firm.

Then I looked closer and noticed the pup on the top looks like it may be getting bigger!

Here is my question, would the pup potentially grow somewhat before it rooted or is that a good sign the graft is taking?

I am not positive it has even gotten bigger it just seems larger and more fresh than I remember. Will post pics after I sleep most likely if there's interest.

If the scion isn't dehydrated and is on the root stock firm more than likely it took.

That is what I wanted to hear! Is there any chance it could still be molding too? Or if its taking is that a good indication it won't mold?

I am wondering if I should unwrap and and check or let it be a bit longer.

Here are pics:

As you can see the scion has some blemishes/ battle scars including on part of the pup, which was shipped to me like so awhile back by an awesome shroomerite.

I had not checked on it in several days but today I am positive there is fresh growth! How long do grafts normally take?

Because this one could not have been much longer than a week or two ago, I was expecting a longer wait :tongue2:

Now I will try my hand at baby grafting :crazy2:

Nice job music:super: I would let it set for another 2 or 3 days and unwrap to check it but every graft I've done usually only takes 1 week to show signs of growth like a lil color change and all.

You do need to try a few seedlings though. It's soo nice to take a tiny seedling, graft it to a peres and watch it grow daily.

Sooo beautiful.
