So, I assume that under this test, the owner of a television station could have all of the political content he wants on that station like the newspaper owner can.  Same with the magazine owner.

I'm not asking you. I'm basing it solely on Fal's test.  He's already said that a newspaper owner could include all of the political content he wants in the newspaper.  I assume the same would true of tv and ratio stations and magazines.

ok, but you do realize... you are fighting against someone who cant make policy... while we SHOULD be coming up with a way to not have elections based who gives the most billions to make scumbag a) or scumbag b) more likable.

you do realize that if we didnt get this obamanation of a president we would have gotten mittens romnuts...

which would have been even worse....probably...although im not willing to argue the point because its a close fucking call.

and its because people need BILLIONS of dollars to get a job that will earn 3.2 million.

I'm not fighting anyone.  Fal and Woof believe that there is a way to limit the effect of money in politics without eviscerating freedom of speech.  I disagree that there is a way to do that.  This is why I'm trying to understand Fal's test in order to make an educated prediction of what the world would look like under that policy.

I can see it's flawed, but fal and Woof can't...This is why I'm trying to get the details clear so that I can hopefully show them that the plan they have would be 1) Ineffective at stopping millionaires from spending millions, and 2) have the effect of reducing the poor's freedom of speech.
