I'm about to lose my mind on these people. Wife insisted on an extra Xanax; I don't want to do or say anything I'm going to regret. Man this is going to take some serious rage control. Fucking assholes. This is akin to someone hitting the bank for 5 grand, throwing it in their glove box and someone stealing the vehicle. I swear to god.

The free consult attorney got put on speaker during our conversation with the manager of the dealership. Ended up with a 1500 hit, mitigated by 6 years of oil changes at any dealership.

The general manager kept saying "if you win". Saying his service manager admitted to it being a lemon shut him up. Also tried to say there are no lemon laws, but when the attorney was on the phone he suggested the dealership educate themselves on this.

I'm still reporting them to the BBB, giving negative reviews to the sales representatives, and will be posting as many cut and dry negative reviews as I can on any ratings website.

I'm surprised this panned out without a substantial loss.


The general manager did try to get us for a 6500 hit at first saying they'd be losing so much money blah blah. Shady ass penis envy motherfuckers.

My wife says thank you.

She's finally driving the car she wanted ever since that horrible car wreck five years ago that you know about.

I just had an epidural, nerve ablations, Botox for paralyzing muscles in my neck. About an hour before going I had lidocaine and anabolic steroids for muscle regrowth.

It was so difficult not to roid rage but we kept our cool and ended up shroomy.

8500 is a drop in the bucket compared to what we got for the settlement that ended up in our pocket but that's still 8500 bucks, you know?

Ended up in a fully loaded 2015 Cruze at no extra cost so that's even the 1500 there and then some.
