Creatine Monohydrate Powder

I ordered some of this pure creatine monohydrate powder and I think it is giving me insane headaches. I haven't had a normal migraine in years and after starting this stuff I've had the worst pulsating brain aches. I looked it up and it said creatine could cause high blood pressure and honestly that is just what it feels like. It feels like my blood vessels are extremely dilated especially in my head. Guess I'll have to give this stuff away. It has noticeably made me hold water weight which probably is what has given my these brutal fucking migraines.

Works great but I can't stand the side effects!~ anyone have this problem?

I always heard this stuff does no good its just a bunch of sugar and you piss it all out.

Been using Creatine Monohydrate for like 3 years now. Cycle off every now and then (apparently cycling isn't necessary but can't hurt :shrug: )

Not sure about the headaches, never experienced any negative sides myself, nor have I ever heard of any until now. Creatine however is one of the few supplements that actually works.

I've used it on and off for ten years.  Worst side effect for me is muscle cramps.  Gotta drink a lot of water....

It's definitely not just a bunch of sugar. I noticed that I was getting the headaches after consuming large amounts of water. I finished a pretty decent hike and drank roughly a gallon of water. Which made me realize that it's probably the water increasing my blood pressure. The mayo clinic states it has this side effect so I guess it's just something that doesn't agree with me. I almost mixed it into my protein powder container. Thank god i didn't or it would have cost me a lot of money!!

I used to take that shit for years... probably 5-7 years. Been off for two years now and have never been in better physical condition and feel way better. Drop that shit.

If you're going to take creitine, take alcaline crieatine.

I dont get any side effects but I drink almost 2 gallons everyday. Also don't do the loading phase, its a waste of money. 5 grams a day
