I'm glad to hear everything went well for both of you guys.  I have some mimosa hostilis and I plan on using elfspice's tek really soon.  I can't wait to read your trip report zerohero, it sounds like you had a really good time.  I'm sure it will be pretty hard to explain everything though.  What did you use to smoke the spice?  Anyways, glad you enjoyed it...can't wait till I can do the same.  :grin:

man that was great... I don't know when I will try it again. it was a good experience.

I didn't breakthrough to teh other side but I was going there.  if I would have taken a big 3rd toke I would have been there.  It was a great first time though.

I see the test tube with the crystals at the bottom. I held the straw in my hand as slipnot and my roommate lit 2 lighters to create the fine white smoke that I was about to toke.  I let the smoke fill up a little bit and then I put the straw in the test tube and sucked all that I could.  I instantly noticed a plastic taste in my mouth and I began to think that I was burming the straw. I didn't stop taking the hit I sucked what must have been 15 seconds long.  New smoke was still being created because the lighter were still on the test tube evaporating the DMT freebase.

I started to feel a little strange as I removed my lips from the straw. like a "whoa" feeling.  I closed my eyes and began to see some colors explode im my mind.  then I hear slipnot say take another toke.  I instinctly rejected this thought but I came to my senses after a few seconds of thinking.  I sucked the rest of the freebase smoke left in the pipe.  I was sitting indian style position on the floor. Under me was my healing rug. It brings me good luck during my trips.  It has some interesting patterns on it that started to get brighter as the seconds past. I remember looking at my arm and seeing each individual hair on my arm.  Everything was defined. I could see every angle of my room.  I almost felt I was everywhere and not there at the same time.  My lips felt like I had burned them when I smoke the DMT and my tongue was numb.  I figured that I had 3rd degree burns on my lips but for some reason I didn't care. I accepted thats what I get for doing it and I carried on with my experience.

About one minute has pasted now.  I began to breathe very heavy and I closed my eyes.  I saw stars with a black sky. the star were all the color of the rainbow.  I could see that I was moving forward and my speed was increasing.  The light from the start began to stretch as my speed had moved past the speed of light.  I felt like I was going to another side of something maybe another planet. I opened my eyes and I looked at slipnot and my roommate they had noticed I wasn't talking or moving that much.  I couldn't talk nor would I with all that was going on.  the things I saw in my room were amazing. patterns I had never seen before. they way things moved and they way the colors changed were beauiful. The light had increased in the room too as everything was brighter.  It seemed like a sunny day outside eventhough it was cloudly.  I remember looking at my clothes and seeing every thread that made them. Everything in the room was more defined.  I usaully just stared at the healing rug during the trip because it made me feel good. I closed my eyes again and I was still moving and I couldn't stop.  I don't think i ready wanted to stop though, I wanted to see where I was going too.  as the seconds pasted I became very comfortable with myself. I was sweating like crazy though. my hands and face felt like it was dripping in sweat. was I dieing? am I really leaving for good?  what will I see next? all kept popping in my head.

I could see that the speed had started to decrease and my trip was coming down. I didn't mind it though, I wasn't upset for I had a beautiful experience. I now felt like I was falling back to the earth.  so the stars began to go in reverse as I kept falling. I now opened my eyes and realized what had all happened and what I had seen. Everything was moving around like I was on the peak of 5 gram of shrooms.  The visuals weren't like shrooms though, DMT has its own visuals I think. The colors faded in and out and the patterns were not familiar. I kept asking why the healing rug was green. slipnot said "nope its black man" I was a little confused but I accepted it anyway.  I felt my lips and asked if they were burn to a crisp. they were perfectly fine eventhough they were numb.  after about 10 minutes I could walk around and talk good.  I am very glad I took this and I hope to have a breakthrough that will send me to that planet I was going too.

we used a test tube. its for chemistry labs. heh  it worked but I am going to make a freebase pipe soon. :smile: we used that because its strong and wouldn't break with the heat. we didn't want to get let down by a broken pipe.

Sounds like you had an awesome trip. I hope I can smoke DMT someday myself(I've done Ayahuasca, but it wasn't nearly as intense as what your experience sounds like). Maybe when you get a freebase pipe you can take get more out of it. I'm glad you had a great time. One of my favorite sayings is, "Life's short. Trip hard."

slipnot didn't have as good as a time as I did. he didn't toke enough I think. he sez differently though.

I will try for 3 tokes later today. :smile:  I put so much freebase DMT in the pipe I got enough for about 3 more experiences. hehe yeah for me.



I am going to see these damn elfs everyone is talking about. :smirk:

I ended up with white crystals!! my first time too. :laugh:

The crystals are a little dirty because I don't have a good way to seprate the napatha from the black sludge. a tiny bit of black got in there but for the most part it is clean.. when freebasing it though the crystals turned black and liquidified and then smoke formed.

I was wonder whether that was how it was suppose to be or not.

IME the crystals melt into a yellowish/brownish goop (kinda like honey but darker) and then start to smoke like crazy after a lil bit, it always left a lil brownish/black resin that gets really crusty to.

I have been doing DMT for 20 years and it never, ever ceases to amaze me. It trully is a magical molecule. I have never smoked a DMT extract ,just synthetic. It pleases me to see people able to sucessfully extract and experiance DMT. This makes the experiance available to alot of people that don't have acess to lab made DMT. I'm glad you had a good experiance and enjoyed it. As for breaking through I find 50 mg. to be a pretty good dose for ensuring a breakthrough, What matters most is how you smoke it. As you know you want the crystals to vaporize not burn. That way you can get most of the DMT without wasting it. IV is also a way to make sure none gets wasted. Though I wouldn't recommend doing so with an extract. Plus IV is quite abit more intense.

As you become familiar with DMT I would suggest trying it with mushrooms or LSD. I usually only smoke DMT during my mushroom trips. 50mg. of DMT after the peak of 4-5 of mushrooms is great.
It allows me to get higher longer and pull more out of the experiance.
Also since the mushrooms have already shattered my ego its less traumatic and I feel I am able to get further in more .
I only trip 2-4 times a year now so I want to make sure that the few experiances I do have are completly profound. DMT+mushrooms practically guarentees this.

I need to measure out the doses.. I didn't do it this time. I don't have a scale that would work.  I am glad I found such a wonderfull drug such as this and I am sure I will be trying it on mushrooms pretty soon.

the visuals and thoughts on DMT are my favorite so far.. I have seen things that amazed me to no end. I am still pondering what I had seen.  the thoughts and feel was great.

I woould love to try and make synthetic DMT someday.  Its a goal I guess. :grin:

I need a bigger pipe I believe for next time.  how far should I hold the flame from the pipe?  I let the tip of the flame touch the glass. the glass blackened by the lighter fluid and the DMT melted into a pool of brown resin. does that sound about right to anyone. :smile:

ChinaCat72, does all smoked DMT taste like burning plastic, or is it just the extractions? I have never smoked synthetic, only extractions. The taste always reminds me of burning plastic, but I was never sure if it was something else in the extraction or the DMT itself.

haha okay ill write a trip report if i can

so zero was lighting it for me and i was inhaling as much as i could, (it tastes so horrible).
Then i just sat back cause something strange was coming over me. The room immediatly became very very bright, and my body felt heavy and strange. I closed my eyes and my throat felt really parched, i thought it had closed off. At the time it really seemed like i had damaged it, when i tried to swallow it felt like i couldn't (although i apparently was). I was scared at first but then quickly accepted it. I thought "well its been a long tiring life and now i can go back and rejuvanate my soul" or somesthing weird like that. I didn't even feel like i was in my body anymore.

I'm really not sure what happened afterwards. I felt like i was moving really fast somewhere. It was really bright even though my eyes were closed, and i saw these exploding stars (maybe cause zerohero had been talking about seeing stars?). Then i saw this strange landscape start to form, with these swirling hills, and these really strange trees that were bent all weird. It was sooooo bright and so colorful. Those stars i had seen were now all up in the sky and bright and twinkling. Then these curved rows of eyes started to form in the air next to the tree. It was this weirdass fairytale world. I remember after that i heard a very strange "beep" noise. It wasnt really a beep, it was like a loud long tone..but i cant really describe it because i have never heard anything like that before. It sounded very alien. I remember thinking that noise was to alert everybody that i had touched down (whatever that means). I was listening for the ripping cellophane noise but i never heard it. I had a lot of different things i wanted to say but i couldn't manage to say anything.

I'm trying to explain what happened but I feel like im doing a very bad job because what i experienced was sooo abstract, it was so different from anything ive ever experienced that my brain couldn't really understand it.

After a little bit I started to talk to zerohero about all the strange stuff on my mind. I thought it had worn off but it was obviously still in effect. His room seemed like a spaceship. I had no idea where i was, or who zerohero was. It didn't really matter though. I was just talking about all the weird things that were coming to my mind

I slowly glided down from that, and spent the whole time trying to figure out wtf happened.
Seriously it was weeeeeeeiiiiirrrrrd.

DeepBlue42 once said to me that DMT felt way too familiar to him, and i totally agree. If i didnt know better i would SWEAR i've done it before.

I don't think i went far enough, no DMT elves or anything. No ripping cellophane sound, and it didn't feel like millions of years passed. but it was still really cool. I cant wait to try it again - hopefully i will get further

So in conclusion, DMT is very very weird.

BTW people there wasn't any noise in reality that I can account for. that noise happened to him only on the experience.  I can't wait to explore more of it. :smile:
