In the end, my property taxes are just about 2200$. I might as well have given her a 2200$ cheque. I absolutely cannot live with that thought.

There's also the fact that she's using MY address to commit fraud. She's making me part her her scam. That I absolutely CANNOT tolerate.

Not exactly.  You did it for revenge and not out of a sense of morality that it was the right thing to do in general.  I read your post to mean that you only used the state to try to exact some kind of retribution for someone who had done you wrong and probably would never have done it had you parted on good terms.  This is evidence of a selfish immorality wherein you will use the bully of the state to punish your enemies but not your friends and not out of a sense of right and wrong, which I suspect you have not well developed in your life.
