I have heard about only one place that was able to grow Amanita Muscaria under lab conditions. They have only very limited info on the site, but I guess you could call their lab, and be nice to the scientists and they'll share with you the info. What I know is this :
grow out on this agar mixture -
Malt extract 8.0 g. Glucose 7.0 g. Asparagine 0.5 g. Casein hydrolysate 1.0 g.
KH2PO4 0.5 g. MgSO4 x 7 H2O 0.5 g.
Yeast extract 1.0 g. Agar 15.0 g
Distilled water 1000.0 ml.Then transfered into spawn, and cased under a soil with young Pine trees (seedlings). In about a year you should have amanitas.
This is only a rumor so dont take my words as thogh they are aboslute truth...
