do you still want to say you arent racist, you're not concerned with
missing people, only missing black people, anyway something seems to be

black is 37%, white is 56%


it would appear that blacks in the US do tend to go 'missing' a little
more often so your claims arent completely invalid but the question is
why? I guess for that we need to return to the FBI statistics website

OK so now may be time to ask ourselves, what's happening in the black

BTW, what's really wrong with the numbers, these are all reported missing
persons, the majority are removed because the person turns up, by the
numbers, this is what the FBI listed in 2011

Entries 678,860
Removed 679,511

they do show 85,158 active missing person's cases but that may well be a
running total X number of years, not an annual total since 96% are located

me personally, I want the missing person's statistics for Japan.

Yea I agree that even discussing this is inherently racist. The only logical conclusions just sound racist.

If the point of this thred was to make everyone feel bad for these women, mission failed. If the point was to make some point about how the media gives no fucks about poor blacks, thanks for the millionth reiteration

What about the cops? The media doesnt solve crimes, its not their fault the crimes are so rarely solved that they just ignore them. When nobody talks for fear of persecution from gangs and pimps, there isnt much of a story to report :shrug:

I thought I'd bring that to your attention. This forum seems obsessed with the goings on of black people so I thought I'd share.



People who watch cable news tend to care more about white women than black women.  Seems pretty clear to me what's going on.

The demographics of cable news shows is probably slanted pretty heavily towards white people, especially white men, and they can identify much more with someone who's white.  Its part ghost story part dramatic plot for the nation.  That doesn't work so well when nobody much cares about the missing person.

Race is a construct meant to keep you arguing amongst yourselves of "who is better/worse, black or white people."

It's never been about race. It's about class.

Why are there more black people in jail? It's not that they commit more crimes, it's that they have less money.

Poor people go to jail, rich people go to rehab. It's extremely simple.

A poor person can get caught with a small amount of drugs and will spend 2-3 years in jail.

A rich person can get caught with weight, pay the court costs and forfeit some assets (car, money, etc.) and they will get out of it.

Same thing with this issue. Why do these white kidnap victims receive the most media attention? Because they have money. Their families have money. Go to Walmart and look at the "Have you seen me?" wall. There are just as many white people on there. The thing is, those people that are on there have less money. That's why they end up on the board at Walmart rather than on national television.

It's a system designed to benefit those with the most money. It just so happens that black people have the lowest income level.

Wake up and stop feeding the machine. Stop looking at things in terms of race and realize that it's a system designed around who is rich and who is poor.

By now, with all the threads that have been made, it should just be obvious that it sucks to be black and its amazing to be white.

Practically everything in life will be harder if your black. The deck is stacked against you on pretty much every aspect that affects their quality of life.

Why can't we talk about potential solutions to the problem instead of posting all sort of stats and circumstances?

Print flyers or something...

It sucks to be black? Preferential treatment in college admissions corporate affirmative action. Not to mention they are glorified in the media. If a white guy is killed by police the media does not care. If blacks attack and kill a white the media practically ignores it.
