Very small possible contamination of substrate.

I'm using a brown rice flour and vermaculate substrate and all one pint jars are showing quite a bit of mycelium (spelling?) but two of the jars are showing a very little bit of redish/orangish stuff around the mycelium and in one of the jars the possible contaminate is away from the white fuzz. It's very little and I'm just wondering if its possible for the mycelium to take over where this stuff is (if its something bad) and save itself. Is there anything that it could be other then contamination possibly? I'm just wondering what to do.

Sorry about being in the wrong forum but thanks. I think I'll watch for awhile and see if the contaminate takes over or what. Thanks again. Anybody else have any other ideas let me know
