I think you should not recommend RR RYE tek to noobs for wbs as it will end up oversaturated and bursting grains. Shaking the jars while hot has seemed to help a lot for redistributing the condensation while cooling(that's debatable too). Though I have done it, You shouldn't reccomend doing sterile work in a bathroom. That contradicts itself. You really need to emphasize the necessity of sterile work and your process of it. You don't even reccommend taking a shower, washing your hands? Your spawn ratio is a bit high but that's preference i guess. 1.5/1 is plenty IMO.  You should at least recommend the correct spectrum of light (6500k). Any spray bottle will work pretty much but not needed untill after first flush, unless your doing it wrong. You should give more info on agar and links to it as it is so important and beneficial. You don't go into much detail about how to inoculate anything whether its ms to grain or agar or g2g. You just say do it. A noob will fail miserably at this step without the proper guidance.

and come back to this page when you need to figure out where to get your supplies and how much it will be. Also There is some good info here as well and should be viewed as another man's way of doing itbut as a for all noob tek, NO. There is much more i didn't list in the tek that can lead many noobs astray. oh yeah thought of another. You say it should be set and forget but then you say mist and fan 2 times a day. that's how a SGFC is dealt with well maybe another misting too. Monotubs create their own humidity and natural evaporation to create wonderful pinsets when dialed in correctly. Yes it can help if you don't have air circulation or your tub is too dry for some reason, but should not be recommended as a practice for monotubs. Thjat's not what they are designed for. That should be stressed here. I may be back for more so stay tuned......

1. I don't wash my hands or shower before sterile work, personally.  The gloves I have are elbow length and I rinse them in iso, so no part of my body ever goes in the SAB, and I work pretty quick.    That said I would never tell anyone else not to wash their hands because I can't know their situations or techniques.  It certainly does help, so saying it's not needed in the slightest is farce.

2. Lighting is ALL that important, and spectrum is the most important factor of all.

ALSO, I have 2 of those 23 qt prestos, AND THEY SUCK FUCKING COCK.  Never EVER recommend a presto to ANYONE except as a "well if you can't afford a good pc, this will work".  They are the cheapest, shittiest pc of the lowest quality construction and add on the fact that with regular use you will go thru rings and seals every 6 mos or so, and they are barely fit to do grandmas canning once a year.

Right, way to judge what I do and say based off this.. I've done lots in the past that a lot of you noobs seem to be forgetting. I have many threads with previous work just without pics because I had to get rid of everything. Anyways as I said, stick around and what the rest of my tubs flush out. This isn't my first "good" flush lol.

Yea yea you should wash your hands all the time sure.. I'm a very clean personal overall..More people acting like they know my life. Thats not the fucking point here.

The point is, if you are using an SAB with gloves and alcohol and disinfectant spray, you don't need to take a shower or wash your hands or be in a completely sterile environment with a flow hood running.

I finally had one contaminated jar last night, Ill give you that. The first one I've seen in like 8 months

And yea that one could and would be better if my brother wasn't fucking around with the thermostat the past few days. I've come into my closet twice with the temp being 88degrees+ and I'm honestly surprised I have any results to show. I'm surprised everything didn't die when he left the heat on instead of the AC.
