Just finished going through the 45 pages and wow, just wow.

I did a bit of shrooms a while ago and a bit of acid more recently, but just for fun. I was never "in" and had no idea there was so much more to it than all the colors and the visuals and that feeling you can't really describe. The day after L was really rough and I wasn't sure I ever wanted to do it again, but after all this talk about family and counterculture and ego-loss and everything, I feel like I gotta give it another try with a new set of eyes.

Thanks chinacat, whiterasta, the guy from page 45 who got dosed at church camp, for the very interesting reports, and everybody else around here.

Will def stick around and read the rest of shroomery, and really hope the shroomery tent at 'roo is still a thing.

(ps: also why had I never listened to grateful dead before? this is fucking amazing)

There is currently 50mg-1000mg of "raw lsd xtal" being sold on Silkroad. The prices that are discussed on forums are no where near the prices of real lsd crystal today! Nowadays you need to be rich to leisurely spend money on the sacred crystal; or of course know the family which may be very old or almost-dead by now.. im sure they passed on the secret. a 750mg crystal on Silkroad goes for 20,000+

Someone would have to lay doses at like 15mcg to break even if crystal was that expensive assuming the sheets were being sold for $500

If you don't sell it in books, you could make good profit (if that's your primary motivation in selling it).  Tell me if my math is right or not............

750mg = 750,000mcg = 7500 blotter hits at 100mcg each.

$20,000 / 7500 hits = $2.67 per hit?

Shit your math seems right i was making a quick math guess hahaha.  THat seems steep to me like if your buying 3/4ths a gram of LSD and have to sell it for 2.67 to break even that sounds steep yes i get the doses are on the high side for modern day but still thats only maybe 30-40mcg then what today is not unheard of

Price of raw has skyrocketed over recent years from what I've heard. I'd imagine some folks are still slinging for the same prices as always though. Then again I'm way out of the loop, so who the fuck knows.

Yeah, it's really only a good price if you're looking to sell by the hit or ten strip I guess.  How much does a hit go for these days, $8-$10?  Seems like you could double your money if you sold a LOT of doses in small increments. 

However, if you're looking to have enormous personal stash, it seems legit.

If i had a wealth (see also:  an investment portfolio worth ~$100-150K and 5-10K in cash on hand at any point in time), i'd definitely pick up a crystal and just be set for life.

You'd definitely have more than enough.  That's for sure.  Let me do some more quick math, assuming Meme's has 40 years left to live.

7,500 hits / 40 years = 187.5 hits per year.  At 2 hits per trip, that's 93-3/4 trips per year.  At 3 hits per trip, that's 62-1/2 trips per year. 

365 days / 93.75 trips means you'd have to trip every 3.89 days. 

365 days / 62.5 trips means you'd only have to trip every 5.84 days. 

You better have some friends, Memes.

Yeah same. Whether it was "Hey man, take these enjoy for whenever" or if it was me tripping with somebody, I'd love getting the shit cheap so I could do that. At today's prices though, at least for me, giving them away is not something that can just be done any old time. With my good friend, I've hooked him up, like if we planned on tripping together, I'd throw him his dose and not expect him to pay.

Let me do some more quick math, assuming Doobie Dude will live (let's be honest here) 10 more years.

7,500 hits / 5 hits per trip = 1,500 trips.

10 years / 1,500 trips = 150 trips per year = 1 trip every 2.43 days.
