Since you didn't have time to watch any of it I will add that Cedars-Sinai Hospital has some very good specialists and the neurosurgeon that spoke on it compared it's usage to a microwave.

It's healthier apparently. They showed part of Apple's settings>legal menu that states under RF Exposure to keep it 10mm away from the body. That's basically saying not to touch it. If they say 10mm what do you think that really means?

*microwave radiation, just because something has the word radiation doesn’t mean it's bad

Your microwave uses microwave radiation.

There is an episode of Discovery's "Don't Do This At Home" or whatever it was called, they took a few microwaves, put them in a closet wrapped in aluminum foil, and it not only set off their geiger meter, but cooked the fish quickly.

Cellphones can have a ton of emmisions.. So manufacturers are worse than others. Samsung is normally pretty bad for it. gsmarena posts emission stats for pretty much all smartphones.

I dont worry too much about cellphone radiation, but I rarely talk on my phone. I do however make an effort to keep my phone a foot away from me when it is possible. I also avoid putting it in my pants pocket. Away from my boys.

:gasp: people make mistakes, guess anything anyone's ever said is bullshit unless they're a conspiracy theorist.

I really doubt it, at least with a modern microwave. Microwaves do not escape faraday cages.

Why your answer doesn't bother me.

Oh man, that's hilarious. Leave it to politicians to explain why we shouldn't trust scientists.

“Actually, Dr. Hawking, our biggest blunder as a society was ever listening to people like you,” said Rep. Bachmann. “If black holes don’t exist, then other things you scientists have been trying to foist on us probably don’t either, like climate change and evolution.”

"You scientists".

The point was that the current educational paradigms focus on absolutes and dismissing what could be. Science is in essence a great thing but the way we are taught to use it is improper and an interference to learning more. You simply dismissed the idea by subversively calling me crazy, and that is in essence what the article is about.

For instance we are still taught a few fundamentally wrong aspects of our solar system. #1 Nibiru was discovered in the late 1800s. #2 is that our orbits are very fixed and circular. That is very wrong. They intersect(on a 2D perspective). This ties in with #3 that we are fixed in space, circling the sun. That is also wrong. The sun is in orbit of something else. We are a moving mass, circling the sun in helixes and barrel rolls cascading through the cosmos, held strong very adamantly through electomagnetism and momentum.

definitely not good. Microwaves do leak small amount of microwave radiation. The eyes are especially sensitive to it, and it can cause cataracts.

And that one isnt disputed much. even the FDA has warnings about exposing the eyes to microwaves and cataracts,

Which one?
One of them talks about the issue that a lot of scientific facts are counter-intuitive, and that it might take a while for new discoveries to be "accepted" by the average person with no science education.
The other one is about some creepy woman who apparently makes a decent living being the spokeswoman for millions of people who take pride in anti-intellectualism.
