Things to do if there's blood in my stool?

I'm waiting to go to the hospital for this problem but was wondering if there are any other things I could do to help with this problem, as there seems to be blood everytime I use the bathroom. I'm only 23 and relatively healthy and try to eat healthy and eat good food.

Could be ulcers, digestive tract issues, intestinal bleeding, rectal bleeding..



Sooo many different possibilities you need to see a doctor tho, soon preferably. It could be something a lot more serious but i d not want to try and scare you.

it's probably something simple like a torn blood vessel or hemorrhoids. are you straining when you poop?

get it checked out by a doctor if you can. take your time when considering how to treat whatever it is. if its blood vessels, i'm fairly sure horse chestnut is supposed to be good.

happened to me a year or two ago for a few weeks. i took horse chestnut and it cleared up and went away. not sure if the hc was the reason or not, but it hasn't returned since.

worry not - and get it checked out. be well

my buddy had anal polyps or some shit. he was bleeding randomly from his ass too though i think.

tough man, hope they figure out whats up.

I had darkblood in my stools as a teen, turned out to be stomach ulcers.

Bright red blood could be just a sphincter tear from a large bowel movement.
