Hunter-gatherers aka cavemen were the healthiest humans have been to date, all statistics i've seen regarding lifespan are bullshit because the infant mortality rate was so high at that time. I could really care less about cavemen tho, wether you wanna admit it or not cooked food is poison for your body.

I'll take a little discomfort over eating raw meat and risking food poisoning any day.

How come I am not processing uncooked foods (Oranges, lettuce, nuts, olives, peppers) if these are supposedly my savior? I have been this way since I was about 8.

Hemmorhoids may suck ass, but they seem better than salmonella.

and people at my age can get kidney stones easily when you eat meat and drink alcohol, at least according to my doc. Lots of us have them, they just often dislodge from the kidney and slide through the ureter before they are large enough to cause pain.

If cooked food was "poison for your body" than every one on earth but you raw food dieters (which are fairly rare) would have inflammatory bowel disease or ulcerative colitis.

Have you tried grapes? How did your body handle those? I heard grapes were a good kidney cleanser, and they should help flush out any mineral residue that would cause kidney stones. Are you drinking a lot of water? How about acidic drinks (ie, drinks high in sugar, lots of juice drinks, soda)?

I drink a lot of water, but go through large soda binges as well. I love grapes and will definitly give them a try.
