Hemorrhoids and Opiates

Not looking for medical advice just curious if anyone has had experience with using opiates to alleve the pain of a hemorrhoid.

I'm aware that opiates can cause constipation, which is counterproductive for treating a hemorrhoid, but is it worth it for pain relief?

Haven't slept more than three hours at a time in the last two days and in so much pain I can barely walk.

Seems like it would be worth it at this point.

Wont opiates just make the hemorrhoids worse? I always hear of people shitting severely painful jet black dehydrated cylinders from opiates
