“‘Swiss Cheese Pervert’” Arrested, Say Police
    #19441965 -

Alleged “‘Swiss Cheese Pervert’” and Norristown resident Chris Pagano was arrested around noon on Thursday after being accused of propositioning women around Philadelphia with swiss cheese, according to NBC10.

It is alleged that Pagano, 41, drove up to two different women and asked if they would like to receive payment for watching him place swiss cheese on his genitals.

Norristown police told Patch that they brought Philadelphia police, who had a warrant for Pagano’s arrest, to his Norristown home, where Philadelphia police arrested him and took him to Philadelphia.

A representative from the Philadelphia police Special Victims Unit told Patch this afternoon that, at this point, police have Pagano in custody and are in the process of lodging formal charges. Later, they will do his intake.

Pagano is suspected of approaching women in both Montgomery county and Philadelphia.

According to online court documents, in 2009 he was arrested in Norristown and charged with patronizing prostitutes and disorderly conduct.

In the affidavit of probable cause in that case, an alleged victim accused Pagano of approaching her while she was walking and offering her $20 to rub on his penis a block of cheese that he was holding. According to the woman, as she ran away he offered her more money.

Banning swiss cheese is, by far, the most effective method of getting rid of this epidemic. As you can see from this article, swiss cheese creates ruthless sex addicts.
BAN SWISS CHEESE!!!

When you put it that way the article gives me these weird mental images of the guy steeping his teabagging equipment in a bowl of warm cheese dip, thinking to himself, "How can I take this to the next level?"

Conspiracy to commit indecent exposure? Or something to that effect

What I love about the article is that, when one of the women whom he approached started to run away, he offered her more money.

"I'll give you $20 to watch me rub my dick on this block of cheese."
*runs away startled*
"Ok fine! $40!"

All this article looks like to me is a personals ad.

This guy's gonna have so many people offering money/sex to see him violate swiss cheese that his head will spin.
