Yeah, then. When using the particle accelerator, they have to be able to see the particles in order to be able to explain what they're doing. So, sub-atomic particles can be seen, even if it is briefly.

in retrospect, it's not actually what anyone has said that was stupid, but their perceived pre-suppositions and accolades of said orthodox pandering towards that end, that makes them look stupid. everyone does, at least... hmmm, at least once in a blue moon; make a claim that isn't backed up by previous knowledge.

well still I see time as a very different case than something physical.

it's basically something we've created to help better serve our documentation of events. yes toppmz your memories are false in the sense that they exist nowhere else presently but in your thoughts

They can see the path the particles take, but not the particles themselves.

A visual representation extrapolated from data aqquired through various physical reactions. Not exactly 'seeing'.

How the hell did we create time?! No we observed it and then gave it a name. If people didn't exist do you think the universe would just be suspended in one state forever?

not even when you were a child? i supposed that's possible, if you were raised in a bubble being fed propaganda your whole life and only doing what you were told.

but since that is not the case, i'd have to assume that you are at least right now, making a claim which cannot be backed up by evidence or reasoning for that matter.

But there are others that can verify most of those memories. They exist. I understand your position. The problem is, you're pushing your position as fact. You're as bad as religion.

True, but that actually supports the argument that time exists even more. Now they can show you where it WAS.

we didn't observe it. we just had the ability to "remember" the way things used to be. really it's impossible to refer back to them without using past tense in writing lol...we needed it in order to refer to it. we had to call it something...but really all it was were different circumstances at the same point in time, NOW.

It's a possibility, but I find it very unlikely.

The fact that circumstances can change requires time to exist.

I understand what you're saying to...it happened so it exists...the only difference in my opinion is that I'm saying it still exists...everything happens now, there are just different forms of it. seriously, think about it, we call it the past because things aren't in the same form...it's like we had to store it somewhere as being the way that it was...to more clearly organize our thoughts and decision making skills
