Sounds a lot more sketchy than the zimmerman case, the guy was just on his property.  Granted, it sounds like he was on the curtilage and inside a relatively small fenced in area, but the self defense case is a lot less clear.

No one breaks into residential properties at 2 am, maybe the garage, not the house. You do that shit in the day time. Living in a gated community is a good sign you are a racist. Who are you trying keep out?

Yep I would of shot him too. Only difference is he wouldn't of lived. I have many guns but my go to is a rem sp10 turkey special. No black guns to later be used against you later in court. Just a semi auto camo 10 gauge hunting shotgun. First rule is if u have to shoot, shoot to kill. If it goes to court its u against the evidence not you against an asshole. 10 gauge will wipe anything off the map and its not a "evil black gun". If you jump my fence to enter a area then you will be considered a threat. I used to stand guard hours a day and that was sop if your not cleared to be there your a threat and you will be wiped.
