I need a little info on some pearl oysters

I got a couple of Pearl oysters ready to be done.What is a good way to eat them.When you cook them can you eat the whole thing or everything except the stem.I have heard you can eat them raw and dip them in lemon juice.And I also have heard some people can get sick and breakout from eating oysters mushrooms..What does a person do whem this happens.Just stop eating them and then would that fix the problem.

All mushrooms should really be first tried in low doses, so as to
tell you don't have a reaction to them, oysters are very safe mushrooms though.

So just fry a couple in olive oil pepper and try them :-)
Heat them through but dont over cook them, treat them like bacon.

I've grilled oysters and they beat the hell out of portabellos.
salt & pepper & coat lightly with oil :smile:
