Democracy means rule of the mob. When theres more idiots than educated, the idiots get their way.

This country seems to not have a law of the land anymore, its all Merit Time Admiralty Law that rules us.

We are all US citizens which means employee to the corporation called United States of America.
Play by the rules of your employer or you dont have a job

And under these circumstances, the Bill of Rights doesnt really matter any more

Precisely, I am not in favour of rule of the people, this does not work. A nation must be guided by intelligent principles, the core of its being must be very finely and intelligently crafted, and that's what a constitution is, the core of a nation's being. This cannot be subject to popular opinion! If the people feel the need to change the constitution, so be it! BUT, it cannot simply be ignored, or people rule, which means the elected officials do whatever they want so long as they don't aggravate people too much, and as the poster above pointed out, most people don't feel all that inclined to fight for something that will probably never personally affect them. But that's not what matters, the German people would have lived well enough if Hitler had prospered, but that does not excuse evil! And if the constitution is being ignored, that means that the government (both Republican and Democrat apparently) no longer cares for the core values which define it.

The idea is we the people back when this "country" was being founded and identified as 48 sovereign states we agreed to have a corporation represent us. Yes I know there is 50 states but if you want to get technical theres actually 100. (example - State of California and California state. one is a business the other is land) Each state is a sovereign nation. You can do things in California that you cant do in Florida, but they are both represented and viewed to the world as one by the Govt. Just like EU, its a collection of nations or countries that are represented by a corporation.

So since there are states that do not touch the ocean, it was unfair for trade. So to end the conflict of interest you can say they raised the sea level to cover all land in the United States to be operated under merit time admiralty law, which is the law of the sea, not the law of the land. Thats were you get citizenSHIP, ownerSHIP, and so on. When you are a citizen, you are an employee. Its under contract, your birth certificate. So you work for the corporation under merit time admiralty law.

Your employer has different rules that you must obey by when employed, those rules can be different from what the outside considers rules ( dress code for example)

with the admiralty law you get privileges, under common law you have rights. It all depends on what laws you break and how you are tried in court as an employee or commoner.

With democracy, it needs to have a foundation, like a constitution which the democracy operates under. If its just democracy with no standards, then you get a bunch of people, a mob that can collectively act on a situation that would single out another person or smaller group. Majority rules.

Of course the fucktards on this board all cry when a true patriot comes around.  Better then some fucktard yes man that goes to a foreign country to kill a bunch of innocent because he was too fucking retarded to do anything else with his life so he joined the military.  Some how that is a hero but not someone that exposed our government's illegal/unconstitutional activities.  I personally think all the butthurt over this is comical.  You people are fucking sheep btw.

At least my state didnt decide to put flags at half mast for the death of a tv actor that portrays and glorifies the mafia and gang violence. He must of been a true patriot to have flags lowered to half mast...

Are you a US citizen? Have a birth certificate? A social security #? Congrats your owned by a bank, and employed by the US. You are a sheep too.

I am aware, but just because its not directed at me doesnt mean I wont stand up for someone else.
To call everyone sheep except your self is an ignorant statement. Especially when your no different from the rest of us.

    Then they came for me,
and there was no one left to speak for me.

 Whether anyone likes it or not, we are all in the same boat so to speak. Color, political party, religion, stance on govt issues, state, country, continent and so on. The more we fight amongst ourselves, the more divided and easier we are to control by the upper class. And thats just what the snowden story is doing. Some say hes a traitor, others think he's a hero. Democracy will flourish as the majority will win

There weren't 48 states when this country was founded.

The states are not sovereign. Look up the definition of sovereignty, then read the supremacy clause of the United States Constitution.

The only thing you got right is that our government is a corporation. It's a corporation in which every citizen is a shareholder, and I think that's pretty groovy. The politicians are our employees, not the other way around.

Yes states became states at different times, but the original agreement is between the states of the main land. the lower 48 (Alaska Hawaii)

At the time, 1913 when the post office started delivering parcels, revenue act of 1913 (income tax), 17th amendment, federal reserve... this country became represented by the us corporation, and trade was regulated between the states, there were 48 of them.

So i should have said the corporation was founded with 48 states. My apologies

independent: self-governing and not ruled by any other state

Does each state not have a governor? Can the governor of New York state go rule and make laws in California state?

Each town has different laws too, what's your point?  Every state is required to follow the same rules as every other state on the federal level.  I don't know who the fuck told you each state is sovereign, but its not true.

Compiling data that the phone company and google already has is not spying.  Who you call is public information.  What you say is not.
