Its not illegal but they dont call them pigs for nothing.  A cop will do what he wants and all of his buddies will back him.

He could also sue you for slander, though I doubt he would go that route....

I don't doubt that your local cops have the ability to put you in jail.  They put people in jail for a living, if you photoshop a joint into their mouth they might wait outside your house and get you when you come out....

You could tell him to fuck off and perhaps spend some time in the slammer

Or you could do the smart thing and take the pic down...

Or you could make another one with a joint twice the size and a crackpipe also...

Choice is yours....


though this would be strictly civil the guy could sue for defemation of character.

That's a little surprising, doesn't happen often enough. Normally cops who get caught doing something wrong just get a bit of time off with pay.

He was publicly humiliated on a massive scale and he lost his job; A lot of people in Baltimore are probably familiar with this story. In that one moment, that douche bag major put a pretty nice size dent in his life, and it was caught on film ! Considering that while watching the video might make it slightly enjoyable. Watch him unravel and burn.

EVERY TIME he  sees someone skateboarding he WILL be reminded of that day, it will never escape him. I hope he probably has a bit of ptsd because of it too.
