resizing pics

My girl sends me dirty pic we take, while im at work to my yahoo e-mail. if its the ones that we took with a regular camera and had put on a disc, they are huge! two or three pic take up all my free space at yahoo. how can i change all them pics at home to make them smaller. also is there a way to change them to mpeg or gif. we are pretty dumb about the computer. all we know is e-mail, the shroomery and good ol porn. thanks for any help.

get a picture editing program, photoshop, corel etc

you don't want to turn a full color photo into a gif.
you can, but you don't want to, as gifs only have 256 colors.

as for an mpeg....why would you want to view a still photo in mpeg form?

I believe the reference to mpeg was a mistake, and he meant Jpeg, which is a higher resolution web image format.

jpeg thats it not mpeg sorry. photoshop ive heard that mentioned before. can i find that on kazaa mabe? we were trying to post one of her pics for someother girl and it has to be either gif or jpeg. its just to big of a pics to use for much of anything.

what version of windows do you use ? you might not need to download anything.

download photoshop 7 on kazaa. it should be 160MB and comes with a serial number. anything that says photoshop7 and is not 160MB don't touch them.

after install, run it, open u'r image, go to image options on top, go to resize, on where it says pixels change it to percent and change it to u'r percentage of decreasing the image..save it as jpeg. it's the best one

thanks for the info on the kazaa photoshop7 and what not to download. im gonna get that and probably what pjs mentioned before. also thanks for telling how to do it once i get it going. i probably would have never figured it out that easy. thanks again.
