alrighty well lets revive this thread shall we
first off i got my lib print from vanislandshroomer, beautifull fucking print to by the way.
did some agar plates and swiped and what not and had clean growth within 3 days so used the rest of the print and made some syringes, decided to go with wbs since i had some soaking already. i read they like alot of nitrogen somewhere so i used coffee for my soak. loaded about 15 jars and inoculated the next day
and sure enough a few days later and we have lift off!


and after about 8 or 9 days one was well ahead of the others so i gave it a shake and recovery is going along fast and should be done and i should be attemting my first mini tray this week


not exactly sure how i wanna go about it just yet, was reading captain futures grow with them but he uses sterile subs and i'm leaning more towards something i can pasturize(got no flowhood)

it's funny how i bounced around searching up info and most of the time it just leads me back here or to workmans grow lol, people are not adventurous enough these days, all cube growers lol(not complaining or nuthin)choppin some straw today and drying some cow manure:thumbup:anything else i could/should be adding other then the obviuos gypsum? no flow hood so it has to be pasturized. i am gonna spawn tommorow!
as of right now i have grass clippings cow poo straw h-poo coffee gypsum,sawdust,woodchips,coir,coco husk?
i'm willing to give anything a shot!

just go simple for now, manure and straw and grass clippings is what I would start with.  :shrug:

thats whats cool bout this thread.  try it out and if it works, great.  if not, try again..  :thumbup:

just tryin to find what works for indoors the best. :mushroomgrow:

pretty slow actually, but I'm living in batcave conditions right meow. The front entrance of our house if being renovated and isnt enclosed fully. So everything that's colonizing atm is sitting on the heated floor. It's not freezing in here, but slightly blow room temp. Most significant growth I've noticed is from the cyans. They're almost ready for a shake. We both have alot of work on our hands thamns to eachother now. :thaaannks:

hell yeah! my cyans have just been shook and spawned one, baeo's are coming along nicely 2! my last gymnopilus is looking great, but i'm gonna skip the casing this time. cyanofibs and allenii are slowly coming along as well.

ive been fucking with cyanfibs for like 6 months. i just never seem to put it to grain. but i do finally have some decent isolates which will be used this week. the myc is just like caerulipes and quebecensis. its quite slow and weak.  going to have a myc race between the 3. :smile:



my lib/fimetaria project from last year went to shits. the myc colonized half the jars thick and then stopped .:shrug: i may revive this one day when i have time.

fingers crossed, got my lib tray done. a baeo spawned as well! i have a display case i might try, it has a cooling system with an external thermostat i'm gonna set to about 15 degrees celcius. gonna use peat/verm/calcium carbonate for the casing at a 1/4 inch. my other lib jars are coming along great and getting thicker growth each day. still got 4 syringes to put to use as soon as i get a new gasket for my pc, might even try a pf cake with some tweaks.i'll upload some pics in a bit

ok i'm not allowed to use the display case, not enough room for it. so i will just use a good old sgfc
and should still be able to maintain decent temps in the room with an ac

yes this is very exciting for me!
i got some nice aggresive myc out of the print i used, also heard there slow so once i spotted growth i quickly shook to help speed things up and it seems to have paid off, got nice strong growth on my other jars compared to the one i just spawned which was still pretty whispy looking. but i dunked before i spawned and am hoping that it perks up on the bulk. i was thinking of giving it a iso run with agar but i think i'll just wait to see if i get any fruits first to see if there anything like pans that grow very uniform and don't really need it. hopefully we shall see:thumbup:

What bout if you get a bag of earth and just pasteurize it? Innoc with spawn. Fruit with a serious does of the chills in the high 50's.

Have you eating them before? I was browsing some other myc. site and some one said he would choose cubes over lib. caps any day.  I though they were next in line to pan cyans for potency?
