Just go to the Create New Forum page.
The new forums will appear at the bottom of the list.

I know how to create a new forum. When I open the full list of forums, it is not listed older forums at the top, newer forums at the bottom; the full list is arranged alphabetically.

I'd like it if when you ban someone you can specify if its a permanent ban or not, or select a length of time. Just an idea

Go to your account and there is an option to hide them under your display settings.

One of the greatest things about the shroomery is the diversity of the people that are here...having user decided forums is a fantastic idea because it puts us at the center of our own experience...we are all different and so should our interests when coming online should be...

This is how it is on another site I am on. Seconded. Also, no one has to be a supporter, just have donated once, to be able to make a subforum on that site. And no one can see it for a year or so to keep the spam/trolls out).
