You need to give us a little more information. A more detailed description would be very helpful for identification, and a spore print is pretty much essential.

Check the sticky threads at the top of the forum for details.

Does it bruise blue/green? Is the spore print purple-brown?

If you answered yes to both of those questions you just might be in luck :smile:

It bruised blue and the print was a dark brown. So is there anything else I should do before I test out the shroom?

Nope, sounds and looks like Psilocybe cubensis to me. It's weird how many finds we've had on horse/donkey dung lately.

Its crazy how these grow on the donkey dung....they dont start growing on the dung till its almost decomposed...so if youre lookin around donkey dung, dont look on the fresh piles.
