Mothers husband and I had a fight
    #17452256 -

We've always managed to keep our thoughts in the recent months, but this man is full of his own ego, full of pessimism towards everything and everyone, and this night he told me that I'm a drug addict, bad father, going nowhere in life, lazy, etc. So we had this big heated argument, and I have to live with this man under the same roof under these circumstances now.

I feel quite stressed right now. I'm planning on doing a workout just to work off the anger a bit. Any thoughts on staying un-stressed about the whole situation?

i had to deal with a similar incident on christmas when it was just my mum and my mums partner, and a HUGE shitstorm brewed up while we were having lunch, the last few days after have died down, but still awkward as fuck

shits fried, best advice i can say, work on trying to move out
its your only hope avoiding more in the future

Thanks bro. I'm going to keep my mouth shut and give him no attention. If I say anything, it'll have no purpose and no beneficial result.

I'd like to move out, away from all these sub divisions and mass loads of people everywhere. Somewhere quiet.

Btw, if you don't mind me asking... what was your mothers partner on your case about?

they had a domestic on christmas, and were fighting the whole time during lunch, it got to the point where i was then involved just because i mentioned some truthfull things, so therefore i then was pulled into the shitstorm and got threats, abused etc etc, to the point where my mum poured beer all over her partner and he went off calling us both ''cunts'' etc

so yea bro i know were your coming from

lotta similar stuff was said as u mentioned

but i find the best i stick out of it, the less i get involved which allways just backfires on me, even if your doing it only for the right reasons.....

goodluck moving out eventually, thats my aim also

Realize that his thoughts are merely a shot in the dark at explaining what he thinks and what he thinks is illogical due to his failure to understand the culture we're living in and realize that your problems were not caused by you, but because the population is basically being forced to become self-destructive and commit more crimes due to the content that's allowed on public media and how much the truth is censored from the general public. I don't believe he knows how to think logically. There is absolutely always a calm, sensible way to discuss anything anyone can throw at you. Anyone who cannot hold back their negative emotions just to talk is borderline insane. Making yourself feel negative emotions is not a logical thing to do, so why would he do this to himself? I think he is subconsciously pretending to be someone else because he has not spent enough time with himself, he hasn't spent enough time thinking. He hasn't spent enough time listening to music. He spends too much time admiring other people so he eventually forgets his own identity, who he is.

You might take a different view on the entire matter...

Why does your mother's husband think such things?

He is bi-polar and was drinking. He's on medication as well. He litterally flies off the rails nearly everytime he drinks. But I did indeed stoop down to his level that night and prolonged such a pointless argument. This man has always been a violent man and everyone who knows him believes he takes pleasure in fighting, even if it ruins marriages, relationships, you name it.

Ah well.. and to AlmondFlour, I'm above 18. Thanks for being curious about something so off topic, ahah. It is a nice place to live, been here all my life. No job as of yet, so I'll stay put until things pick up.

I would say move out and, keep your mouth shut. Talking will only make things worse. out of curiosity though...are you a drug addict? I would be pissed and bitching at my kid if he was, especially while living in my house. anyway, hope things get better for you, I would move out asap and tell them to fuck off while walking out the door, but not before you have your own place!
