6'3" at 207lbs is nowhere near obese, much less morbidly obese. Are you sure you used the BMI calculator correctly?

In fact your height and weight are in the "normal" range as I see it. :shrug:


I've had two doctors look at my BMI, and tell me I was Obese, and the scale towards Morbidly Obese.

That's why I've never taken the Obesity epidemic so seriously. I'm going to check one out online though, Now I'm curious...

:lol: its just how inaccurate the scale is, my buddy, 5'9'' 190lb INCREDIBLY buff black dude is considered obese by that scale as well - while in reality hes one of the fastest, well built humans I've ever seen.

Okay, a google BMI link says for my height/age/weight I'm considered over-weight.

This is why it's all bullshit. I don't have abs, but I don't have fat either.

Those things don't take into account how much muscle mass you have.

natural selection? northern europeans ate dairy and salted foods to subsist through wintertimes.  african bodies are adapted to diets that are relatively low in fat and salt.

I'm not trying to talk shit but you aren't exactly skinny. I used to weigh the same, just as tall, and I definitely had a gut that pretruded from my stomach area and man boobies.
Maybe you have more muscle tone than I did, though. :shrug:

I wish I could bulk back up now, I'm at 160 pounds. I feel like such a weakling.

Gubment cheese? I don't know, man, I see an awful lot of fat ass white women walking around too. I'm thinkin' that data is just somehow flawed. I live in a mixed neighborhood and see more skinny black girls than white ones.

Although the big black women I see are way bigger than the white fatties, maybe that study is just based on gross weight and not the actual amount of fatties.

the facts are the facts, white women are not as obese as women of color. the only thing that remains is an explanation, be it economics or science.

There's no such thing as an "African." Crazy, I know.

A pygmy from the central region couldn't even communicate with a light-skinned Berber living in Algeria, much less relate to their particular culture. Africa is a continent, not a description of humans.

And "Africans" aren't the skinniest people in the world. Many West African peoples are notoriously fat, particularly the women, and it's a sign of prosperity.

A start would be looking at whether that trend holds true when you compare groups of similar economic standing. It seems plausible that it's a bit of both though.
