Yeah, I kind of have that issue too. That's why I listened to it when I was on the bus or biking/walking. So I wouldn't get restless. If I was just at home I couldn't really concentrate on it, too many distractions. Do whatever works best for you. My ex listened to it on her 1 hour commute. She would burn one chapter onto a CD and it would be just about the perfect length for her drive.
