I have no tattoos. But i smoke cigs, along with hookah, cigars, and pipe. You wouldn't think those other 3 are trashy would you? I am still pondering my wants for a tattoo. Probably will be something spiritual.

cigars i see as much more classy...you arent inhaling the smoke so the cancer risk is much lower. its like a fine wine.

hookah seems like its one grade above cig smoking on the trashy scale, i am not familiar with it though
