Tabloid stuff: A few premonitory dreams (that I'm aware of), a strong feeling to get out of NY in early 2001, being aware that my dog had died while I was sleeping at the other end of the house, and then the common "thinking and saying the same thing" phenomena with my wife...the latter of which is mostly because  our thinking patterns sometimes run along similar lines, but occasionally is unusual enough to be notable.  Also, as mentioned above, I took a class in this stuff -- they demonstrated interesting phenomena, like how to detect when someone is inside your aura, feeling the outside of someone else's aura, how being grounded makes you much harder to push over. 

This stuff has a real basis - I just really don't like the fluffy language around it.

God yeah.  I hate the language that's used to describe a lot of phenomenas, especially when you try and make 'em happen.  "Magic" or "psychic power" are both accurate terms for these thigns, but they make you look like a blooming idiot to someone who wouldn't describe what they do similarly.

i think that its maybe a amp too, now i had a strange incident not too long ago, that for some reason i think that it has something to do with me, so i try not to mix the two.

psiballs arent a very efficent way of getting your energy flowing. Do the technique where you feel the energy flowing, but dont turn it into a ball just move it all around your body, it will be better.

Anybody read Angel Tech by Anterro Alli? I highly recommend it. Anyway, he says that if you run the energy once a day for 15 days in a row, you will start seeing auras etc. Can anybody confirm/deny this?

Its the energy field surrounding the body. As in Kirian photography. Supposedly reflects the psyche in it colors, intensity, etc.

Kirlian photography shows an electric corona discharge around objects that are placed in a high-voltage, high-frequency electromagnetic field.

The electromagnetic field emitted by humans on the other hand is a low-voltage field (about 10-100 microvolts of potential difference immediately outside the skull). There is no corona discharge going on there at all.

What people who claim to see auras are actually observing are their own mental projections. This has even been confirmed in experimental tests.

Anyone can repeat the experiment: place 10 cardboard screens side by side, with a little space between them. Hide a human being behind one of them. Let the aura watcher pick out the correct screen by watching the aura that leaks out at the edges of the cardboard. It never works, and still the aura seers claim to see large auras when the rest of the person is visible. So it's obviously a mental projection in their own heads.

Good point. I can imagine three obvious information channels to the subconscious that might explain what aura watchers see (if it can be confirmed). Those three channels are: bodily appearance, behaviour, and pheromones.

And I can imagine a couple of more non-obvious (and extremely speculative) ones: hard-to-detect electromagnetic radiation, messages hidden in thermal motion, and quantum entanglement caused by interaction. But all of these seem unlikely because the noise level is so high.
