Crimes for fleeing the scene! Yes, and that's why the cop did not do his job as expected. She has been known to "flee" the scene and extra precautions were warranted to make sure she was unable to further flee the scene.

Why was she able to remove one cuff? IMO, it's obvious that the trained police officer (hence the word "trained") did not properly follow protocol to make sure his prisoner was properly secured.



IMO, it appears [he] left the cuff open enough for her to attempt escape so [he] can add more charges.

Do not misunderstand me, she was WRONG for running and she deserved to be jailed for her alleged (innocent until proven guilty) crimes. And yes, drug dealers are useless pieces of shit and deserve no mercy.

Thread is TL;DR but I have a hard time understanding how she wound up in a vegetative state from that incident given that she is still moving around find after the incident. Perhaps the real issue here is the denial of appropriatte medical care to an injured inmate. That upsets me more than her getting tazed....

correct. my sister went through this and within a couple of weeks was
regaining normality until she had a stroke and died, her son is currently
going through it in an ICU in atlanta, he was coherent for a few hours after
his wreck, even tried to put out the fire despite being badly burned and a
broken hip. he's also showing a few signs of improvement but still in really
bad condition
