What is the brand name, any other specs, serial/model numbers?

What is its intended purpose? Grow room ventilation?

My concern would be that the blower/motor combo is not meant to run against
static pressure, if you can post some model numbers of brands someone may
be able to track down a data sheet.

That is a good brand (sort of the standard), but I cannot speak to it's
usefulness otherwise.

Good luck,

i dont see why it shouldnt work.... and if its not made for pressure then the worse thing that can happen is it over heats and dies....or catches on fire....after all these years i will be building a flo hood soon  i am the master of cheap so we will see what happens.

i have used flowhoods but never owned anything other than a poor mans flowhood

i would use it if it gets too hot then you already have a box just get a diffrent blower

There are your specs to what I thought was the same blower...seems to
have a bit more RPM...closest I could find at a glance.

In my opinion it will not work because as you can see that even at only
.5" SP the blower only outputs 79 CFM. This blower is undersized for the
application you are planning to use it.

On a side not check out my flow hood build in my Goodies thread(signature)
to see my build and how I used a salvaged furnace blower(dialed down) to
power my 2X2ft flow hood.

And since EM666 did all the leg work, ill go ahead and tell you that blower doesnt put out enough air @ the needed static presssure for a flowhood...
