No, it's bad for you and drains your energy.  Go play.

I wouldn't care if my child did indulge, but I'm not going to encourage it.

I might encourage giving psychedelics a try if I saw he/she grew an interest, but not as a habit, just for the experience.

No I'd let them make there own decisions but when it came time for them to do so they'd be 16+ and do it with me.

No.  There's too much more to life than smoking weed for it to be something I'd encourage my kids to do.  Kids need to be encouraged to things that lead to productive, healthy and happy lives.  Smoking weed is something that most people discover on their own through other life experiences, no parental encouragement is necessary.

I would tell my kids if they wants to do any drug to pass it by me, if I deem it appropriate I'll acquire the requested drug and they'd have their first experience with the drug with me watching over him or her.

After that they would be responsible for their own usage, should I suspect improper usage or they get in trouble with dealers or police, I'd reserve the right to educate them on proper behavior (i.e. moderation and respect of public or private spaces).

As far as encouragement goes, I wouldn't encourage them to do any specific drug as much as I would encourage them to be safe in any endeavor they choose.

This, I'm not a huge weed smoker, but if they ever wanted to try LSD or shrooms, I would definitely be okay with that.
