You know you've been growing too long when...
    #1548237 -

You know you've been growing to long when...

1. Your friends thinking you're talking about a shotgun when you're describing the guage on your needle.
2. You have tons of bird seed but no birds.
3. Your pressure cooker is worth more than your car.

Please, continue this thread! Those are a few I used to get it jumpstarted .

4. When you have more bags of Perlite laying around than plants in your house.

5. More syringes than a diabetic

6. Way more canning jars than both of your grandmothers, put together  :smirk:

That's pretty scary.

you quote TMC by page and paragraph #

you forget which spaghetti sauce is active and which one you were supposed to take to grandma's

your yard smells "grainy" and millet is the primary grass growing

when cleaning up for relatives to come over involves removing syringes, graduated cylinders, jars, septa ports, and tyvek cuttings up.

you start relating stories with RL friends about online firends... You: "Oh, yeah, Roadkill said the same thing!!" Friends: "Who?!!"

You start conversations in the pub about it with friends that dont grow, more times than you say, check that hottie.
Your well known in your local chemist, health food store, chinese herbalist, petshop, for asking about odd stuff :-)

When you hear fruit, and think of mushroom fruit bodies before food,
When there is no more room in your bedroom, because lab equipment is piled everywhere,

finally,

when you need a filing cabinet for your spore library.
