Well, I guess I'll have to forsake the psilocin since I have it in powder form. How does making tea destroy the psilocin? What if I drink the tea AND eat the left-over solids

Psilocybine is water soluable and psilocine is not.

oh well, i read dried shrooms dont even have much psilocin anyway. sides, they both end up the same in your brain.

should i put the shrooms in the water just after boiling or wait a bit?

No, I meant do I put them in after the water's less hot, or right when it's done boiling?

Way back when, I preferred regular small doses to infrequent large ones. I usually started with half a stalk and then amped it up one time once I could feel it. Just enough to mellow and groove without getting too metaphysical. Done this way, there's no crash, no hangover. As you described, great verbal and mental clarity. Ideas flow freely.
