Low blood pressure

Everytime I smoke I get dizzy and lightheaded, as if I have lack of oxygen to my brain. Any tips on how I can improve this to enjoy my smoking?

I was thinking it was water intake.

i assume you mean pot.

i believe thc lowers blood pressure, so maybe you already have low blood pressure and smoking makes it drop more?

also try abdominal breathing, which is like it sounds. if your doing it correctly only your stomach will move up and down, while your upper chest remains completely still. this makes full use of our lungs as opposed to the way we usually breathe.

also it should be noted this is good for people with anxiety, as it has a calming affect

I used to pass out after smoking weed. I'd be almost done with a fat blunt and almost everytime, I'd get lightheaded and sure enough, I'd begin to feel weak and start staggering and stumbling. Eventually, I'd fall to my knees and have to lay down. I couldn't think straight and sometimes I'd have hallucinations along with the other stuff. One day I was in my bathroom which has no windows and I was smoking some and I started having like a seizure or something, I had no control over myself and I was shaking uncontrollably. Very scary. I was hallucinating that there were tiny people on the floor running around. I was crawling on the floor, unable to see what I was looking at. Maybe it was laced? Possibly... but it has happened more than once. I was very underweight and malnourished during this time. A very depressing time in my life. I completely believe that my low weight and malnourishment played a huge role in why I was passing out and shaking after smoking weed. What I suggest you do is reevaluate your diet. Do you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables? Do you exercise regularly? I hope this helps. Good luck to you.

are you the type that holds their hit in? when i was younger and smoked weed i always did that and sometimes i would become dizzy like you're describing... if that's the case, then don't take as deep a draw and don't try to hold it as long... the other thing i would after exhaling was take several slow deep breathes afterwords to get some oxygen... this always worked for me, i never had a problem afterwords...
