My frist trip

My friends and I all threw down and we're getting shrooms because they FINALLY are coming down here. Belive it or not, I've actually never done them before but a bunch of my friends have. It should be real cool, we're gonna hang out in my friend's trippy basement, he has lots of blacklights and black light paints and posters. It should be real cool. I'll tell you how it goes.

whatever u do dont get excited... just eat them and REEEEEELAX. cuz relaxing takes the edge off the coming up and then if ur that type when u trip u can run around like a nut.... while i tend to walk slowly and poner things and watch trails... hehehe

Shpongle is definitely worth experiencing...regardless if you're tripping or not.  :smile:  (Hallucinogen = Simon Posford : Shpongle = Simon Posford & Raja Ram)

I'm just an avid Goa Head, so naturally my musical recommendations will be in that direction.  If you're looking for interesting musical experiences while tripping in general, however, I recommend you find some singing bowl recordings and give them a listening as well.  Tibetans definitely "know their shit" when it comes to the mind.

Other options would be stuff by Brian Eno or Makyo as well as any "organic" ambient artists you prefer.  If you're really into organic ambient...you could set out a DAT or MD recorder outside your home/apartment and record a half hour of sound and save it for the trip...sometimes hearing familiar sounds in an unfamiliar setting can really make your trip go off in great directions.  :smile:
