I did it and was the best trip I had. I prepared all day  , eat really light a lot of fruit and meditate Before.

I've tripped by myself before and have found it really pleasant! I would recommend your first time with someone just in case. Start small

I'd say if you was going to trip solo then do a moderate dose....like 1g. You should be just fine with that
