cold? no not really, unless you a pussy. Midwest is fucking cold. Here it's pretty neutral temp wise year round. Lots of hipsters I suppose but there's all kinds really. The rain really isn't the issue either, it's the cloud cover. But then that's only the northwest corner of washington

Minnesota is full of nothing but good old corn fed school boys, religious freaks and refugees.

Still, it's home to me and I can live in any conditions.  After 2 years in California, I'm ready to move back and begin a new chapter in my life.

It gets some points for being the birthplace of the Mississippi river, but those points are cancelled out by the lameness of the Vikings and the Metrodome.

(for all intents and purposes, it's a good state to be in for the most part, I will admit)

Haha, the first winter is going to wreck you. Few years ago it was down to about -40 in MN. :lol:

Also, shLong, I've seen many Cali drivers up here (MA) spinning out in their big SUV's on icy roads :rofldrunk:

Naaaah..  I speny my childhood growing up in Minnesota and even got my drivers license in the winter.    I can handle the cold and the snow..  Its the slush that I worry about. :crankey:

MN has some of the most beautiful and breathtaking scenery imo. I'm proud to have lived here for most of my life and don't ever plan on moving from here. I'd take that any day over cheese, brats, and beer!

(We can just drop this now, because i don't think there will ever be any peace in a MN/WI debate :wink:)
