I don't think the cop reacted with the proper amount of force, but I don't believe he meant to throw her face into the wall either. I could go either way on this one honestly. There's some pretty bad pigs out there, but I've seen much worse than the example in this thread.

I think it was pretty excessive given the circumstances, first and foremost
she should have been on the wall side of the cop, the cop between her and
traffic because if she had attempted to escape it would have seriously
limited her options, second, in trying to break free the cop could have
simply pinned her to the wall and third, the chick was on the cops strong
side, the side the gun is on... always foolish

cop fucked up in many ways but she did try and break free which resulted
in more fuck ups which fucked her up and made meams call him a noob

The officer fucked up for sure. Due to the amount of adrenaline in these situations it's hard to think of everything you should do. Normally, training takes over, but fuck ups do happen. I've been at fire's and ems calls where i've done some incredibly foolish things so I do understand.

yeah, didnt seem purposeful.  The lady seemed like (educated guess) she was drinking and driving and lost her footing when he yanked her back.
